Complex composition of carbohydrates duly designed with different glycemic indices and proteins, a mixture enriched with creatine and taurine monohydrate.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass .

The consumption of creatine increases physical performance quickly by increasing the intensity in the repetitions of the exercise (effect that is obtained by the consumption of 3 g of creatine per day).

How to use:

Take 1 to 2 servings daily between meals or 1 hour before or after exercise. Add 1 portion (100 gr = 2 scoops) to 170 ml1 of water. Consume immediately after preparation. There may be weight gain. It is not suitable for children and young people. It is not suitable for diabetics.
