Composition per dose (30 g): Muscle regeneration: Whey protein (9.9g): Protein is the basic nutrient for muscle recovery. Among the existing protein sources, whey protein is one of the richest in highly bioavailable branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), essential nutrients for muscle regeneration as they stimulate the synthesis of muscle proteins. It is easily absorbed and speeds recovery. Energy: Carbohydrates (18.9 g): Combination of short-chain and long-chain carbohydrates that ensures the necessary energy intake to train intensely and to supply the body with the energy it needs in its muscle regeneration processes.
