INFISPORT ND3 INFORMATION Infisport ND3® combines carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose: fructose ratio with BCAA amino acids (100% ajinomoto co.) in a 8:1:1 ratio, l-glutamine (kyowa quality®), magnesium and vitamins . During prolonged efforts, glycogen stores stored in the liver and muscles suffer a progressive decline as the activity goes on, being used for energy production. Continued consumption causes a fatigue effect and consequently, a decrease in sports performance. Numerous scientific papers show that taking from 30 g to 90 g of carbohydrates/hour during exercise helps to reduce the effect of fatigue and improve physical performance. Infisport ND3® has a carbohydrate matrix in a 2:1 glucose vs. fructose ratio, using multiple transporters for a higher oxidation of carbohydrates per unit of time, thus achieving a greater energy intake compared to other combinations.
