Mr. Popper's® RiceMash® is extruded and ground rice for preparing instant creams. It is a very versatile ingredient with which to prepare recipes such as muffins, bread, cookies and cakes. It is also ideal as a thickener for soups, sauces and broths. White rice flour, Mr. Popper's® RiceMash® , is a low-fat product.

Tip: Have you already tried the Japanese rice balls stuffed with mango? This recipe is ideal for fitness diets as well as gluten-free diets. You only need: 100 gr of rice (Mr. Popper's® RiceMash® - natural), mango, rice syrup, a pinch of salt and lukewarm water.

Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then prepare the ones with mango and cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until they float on the surface. Enjoy!

How to use:

Mix 2 scoops (50 g.) With 250 ml of hot water or hot skimmed milk. Mix well with a spoon until you get a creamy consistency. The amounts of the mixture can be varied depending on your taste. It can be sweetened with honey and can also be accompanied with nuts and/or fruits.
