It provides easily digestible and quickly available energy, maintains reserve blood glucose levels, delaying the onset of fatigue, preventing hypoglycemia and providing greater performance. Iso-lyte includes amylopectin so that in the practice of your resistance sports activity it favors your recovery, both in muscle tissues and in glycogen stores.
