Amix Nitro BCAA+ 500 gr

MuscleCore® Nitro BCAA is a highly concentrated formula of instantaneous branched chain amino acids ( BCAA's ) together with the very important amino acid L-Glutamine . Its perfect solubility and excellent taste will make MuscleCore® Nitro BCAA a refreshing drink that will also protect and recover muscles from the most intense workouts.

MuscleCore® Nitro BCAA is composed of amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine in an instant form (highly soluble) and with the ideal 2:1:1 ratio, which numerous studies have shown to be the most effective. The branched chain amino acids (Branched Chain Amino Acid or BCAA's) are three essential amino acids, that is to say that the human organism cannot manufacture them and must be administered from the outside through diet or supplementation.

Branched chain amino acids account for 40% of the body's daily requirement and must be provided through protein. They are essential for maintaining muscle mass (anti-catabolism), as well as for accelerating recovery after physical activity.

MuscleCore® Nitro BCAA has also added to its excellent formulation the amino acid L-Glutamine, which is the most abundant amino acid in muscle. It is of great importance in cases of prolonged stress, intense training, injury recovery, etc. L-Glutamine promotes cell hydration, producing water retention within the cell . Helps reduce catabolism and increases cell size, which improves force production by increasing the contact surface between the fibers that push each other when they contract, creating momentum that improves the transmission of forces generated by the muscle fibers .

Glutamine is the amino acid with the greatest capacity to generate glucose and glycogen in the liver, which is of great importance in recovery processes. It can stimulate the production of growth hormone and constitutes an essential sustenance to maintain the antioxidant activity of all the cells of the organism.
