Properties: Lipolytic Lymphotonic Draining Diuretic It is a tree species belonging to the Pinaceae family, native to the Atlas mountains of Algeria and Morocco. It is a medium to large sized tree, 30 to 35 m high, with a trunk diameter of 1.5 to 2 m. It is very similar in all characteristics to the other varieties of Lebanon cedar. It is evergreen and has a thick trunk in the lower part and rather drooping branches. The crown is pyramidal in shape with the branches extended horizontally; The bark is grayish brown with dense fissures. The intense green leaves are rigid and the cones have a flattened, violet-colored vertex.
