Prepare your protein shake to take it to the gym and drink during training or at the end of it to achieve a very good muscle recovery.

WHY USE A SHAKER FOR OUR DRINKS?

• Comfortable and light, they can be taken wherever we want in a simple way.
• Availability, we will find them easily and cheaply in the market.
• Mobility, we can take it wherever we want since they don't usually take up a lot of space in our training backpacks.
• They have a compartment for powders without the need to transport the large cans where protein powders are usually found.

HOW TO PREPARE A PROTEIN SHAKE IN A SHAKER?

We must follow the quantity instructions indicated in the type of protein we are using, in this way we will add the perfect quantities of powder and water or milk. Once this is done, add the accessory that the shakers have to eliminate the lumps, that is, the net that it presents. Shake the mixture well to get a well-mixed homogeneous result and thus it will be easier to drink.

It should be noted that most shakers have a compartment in which to carry the desired amount of powder. This is perfect if, for example, we want to take the shaker with water to drink during training and once this is finished, we add the powder, mix and get our protein shake to drink after exercise. This will improve our muscle recovery after the effort.
