Weider BCAA 8:1:1 + Glutamine 500g

What is BCAA 8:1:1 + Glutamine 500 gr?

After reviewing numerous studies Weider has developed BCAA 8:1:1 + Glutamine
The best formula for the development of muscle mass. No matter what sport
practice.
This magnificent formula consists of:
• BCAAs: They are the essential and branched chain amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and
Valine in a ratio between them of 8:1:1 respectively. have properties
recovery and also energy. According to the latest studies, Leucine initiates the
protein synthesis processes, but it must be accompanied by Isoleucine and Valine
so that they can be carried out. Hence this new proportion between them of
8:1:1 that gives greater relevance to Leucine, the most important of the three.
• L-Glutamine: it is a semi-essential amino acid and the most abundant in the body,
essential to protect and repair muscle tissue. Helps recovery both
muscle fiber (because it promotes protein synthesis) and glycogen
exhausted in training. It also increases and improves the function of the immune system
and also has antioxidant effects.
• Vitamin B6: very important because it has many functions, one of which is
fundamental is to contribute to the correct metabolism of proteins and
glycogen, hence its vital importance in muscle recovery processes.
• Zero sugars
• Suitable for vegans: With fermented amino acids that ensure a high quality origin.
• Without lactose or artificial colors

Format

500g jar = 50 servings

Flavors

Orange and pink lemonade.

How to use

Mix 10 g of powder (2 scoops) in 250 ml of water.

• After training: because it speeds up recovery from muscle damage
produced by intense training both aerobic and anaerobic.
• Before training: protect muscle mass because these four amino acids
are able to enter the energy cycles providing energy, so we can
use it as anticatabolic and protectors of muscle mass if we take them before and
during the training. They prevent the use of muscle glycogen and therefore delay
fatigue. This fact is fundamental in moments of strict diet or definition
