Glutamine+BCAA , from Vitobest® , is made from L-Glutamine and BCAA . The first is the amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, the transfer of nitrogen between organs and tissues, and to prevent muscle protein catabolism. The latter constitute a combination of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, in 2:1:1 ratios) that are involved in protein synthesis, recovery after aerobic exercise, and the reduction or eradication from fatigue.
