EPA* and DHA** (omega-3) are found almost exclusively in fatty fish from cold seas. They intervene in the prevention of fatty deposits that are harmful to blood vessels. Numerous dietary studies have revealed that our diet does not meet our omega-3 needs. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) is 500 mg/day of EPA* / DHA**.
