Muscle Pro is a carefully formulated blend of plant and animal proteins, flavored with creatine and additional amino acids. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bone***. However, proteins assembled from a single plant source do not themselves have a complete amino acid profile because, even if they contain all the essential amino acids, their relative proportions do not meet human needs unlike the original protein sources. animal. However, by skilfully combining individual plant protein sources or supplementing with other animal protein sources, this problem can be eliminated.
To this end, Muscle Pro contains whey and casein protein concentrate in addition to soy protein. In addition to the two recommended daily doses, you will also take 3 grams of creatine. Creatine in such daily amounts increases physical performance during short, sequential, high-intensity exercise. *** This, in addition to the aforementioned effects of protein, makes Muscle Pro a winning combination.
