It contains a high dose of the vitamin B complex and vitamin C and also essential minerals , including magnesium , selenium and zinc . Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (the beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of extra vitamin C ).Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of vision and red blood cells under normal conditions. Folates contribute to the normal synthesis of amino acids. MULTI PRO PLUS contains 250% of the Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamin D3 .
