Scitec Nutrition Mega Creatine Monohydrate 1320 120 Caps

Creatine has been shown to improve athletic performance and is therefore one of the most popular supplements for bodybuilding. Creatine improves physical performance during short periods of high intensity exercise in doses of at least 3 grams per day*.

Since its introduction to the sports nutrition supplement market, creatine has been one of the most sought-after performance-enhancing ingredients.

Most of the creatine in our bodies is found in the muscles, with smaller amounts in the liver, brain, heart muscle, bones, and testicles.

It is also produced by our body using the amino acids arginine, methionine, and glycine in the liver and kidneys at about 1 gram per day.

Creatine may also be a good choice in strength sports, martial arts, or athletics, where short-term explosive power development is an important factor.

It can be used by both men and women depending on the recommended use and warnings.
