How to use:

To get the positive effects of creatine, take at least 3g daily. Divide your body weight (kg) by 3. This is going to be the amount of creatine in grams that you should take in the “loading phase” (the first week of use). After this period, reduce this amount by half, as maintenance. Take it on an empty stomach, mainly after training, along with simple carbohydrates. For better dissolution, use 400 ml of drink for every 5 g of creatine. Avoid taking more than 10 g in one sitting, distribute your daily dose properly!
