Recuperat-ion Sport Gel allows you to obtain energy immediately thanks to its simple sugar content: glucose (with a high glycemic index) and fructose (with a lower glycemic index).

They are found in a 2:1 ratio and are quickly absorbed and easily digested. This combination of sugars is effective in maintaining energy and blood glucose levels. By not sharing the same intestinal transporter, a greater amount of carbohydrates is absorbed.

Contains the same electrolytes as Recuperat-ion Hydrasport hypotonic drink, facilitating hydration and helping to restore electrolyte balance.

The extra contribution of magnesium (30% NRV*) helps prevent muscle cramps and avoid the feeling of fatigue.

Zinc is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and in the proper functioning of the immune system.

It is recommended for athletes who are going to carry out intense and prolonged physical activity.

How to use:

From 1 to 4 gels a day.

Take 1 gel 15 minutes before and 1 gel during exercise every 45 minutes
