Quamtrax Micellar Casein 2.27 kg

Micellar Casein is a natural component of milk. It is obtained from whole milk, separating the carbohydrates and fat by filtration. In this way, a product is achieved with 80-83% casein protein in its natural state compared to other types of denatured casein (caseinate, acid casein, rennet casein). Since Micellar Casein has not undergone any denaturation process, it contains all the bioactive peptides that milk contains.

Micellar Casein contains almost 50% essential amino acids ( EAA ), more than 20% branched chain amino acids ( BCAA ), at least 20% glutamine and 3.5% arginine , which gives an amino acid profile above other forms of protein.

Micellar Casein contains the branched branched amino acids BCAAs, the essential EAAs, and the natural protein amino acids (encoded in the human genome) L-Arginine and L-Glutamine which are involved in muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth, injury recovery). and they exert certain functions of muscular stabilization against catabolism.

Its high content of Glutamine and other bioactive peptides ( Casomorphin and Glyco-macropeptides ) makes Micellar Casein have certain functionality in immunological effects as well as a modulator of various processes (diarrhea control, digestive control) that together with its easy digestibility They promote good body regeneration.

Micellar Casein is a sustained release protein, that is, with a slow absorption over time. Absorption occurs between 30 minutes and 8 hours after ingestion, so its incorporation into the blood flow will be uniform and constant over time, favoring stabilization in muscle mass. Due to this slow absorption, it reproduces a certain feeling of satiety, which is why it also has a dietary effect.

Micellar Casein is a creamy, good-tasting protein that is reabsorbed more slowly than other proteins and can provide muscles with nourishment for up to 8 hours. The long duration of the release of Micellar Casein prevents muscle substance from being lost in prolonged periods of lack of nutrition.

Micellar Casein is the protein preferred by athletes before going to sleep. Micellar Casein causes a prolonged feeling of satiety, which is why it can be used in a diet as a nutritional supplement. Since low calorie nutrition is often associated with a diet with loss of muscle and strength, the anti-catabolic factor of Micellar Casein may be of particular interest.
