Llevo casi un mes con ello y, puedo decir: Gusto, no tiene gusto, lo puedes mezclar con agua o con batidos que no lo notarás. Solo llevo un mes, y encima no he sido bueno. Pero podemos decir que va bien. No noto ese empujón de más, pero si que noto la recuperación rápida del músculo. Lo recomiendo? pues SÍ
