Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard 300 Gr

WHAT IS OPTIMUM NUTRITION PROTEIN ON 100% WHEY GOLD STANDARD?

Optimum Nutrition Protein on Gold Standard 100% Whey is a whey protein isolate, 90% of the protein is pure by weight. This is the purest and most expensive form of protein that exists.

Whey Protein Isolate is the primary source of 100% Whey Gold Standard with 24 grams of this muscle-building protein per serving.

With Whey Protein Gold Standard, you'll get more of what you want (pure, unadulterated whey protein) with less of what you don't (fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, lactose, and other carbohydrates) per serving.

Protein consumption improves nitrogen retention, compensates for protein destruction in prolonged aerobic training efforts and prevents "sportsman's anemia" due to increased muscle synthesis at the expense of blood hemoglobin; In addition, it helps to increase muscle mass in bodybuilding training (Bengoa & Zárraga, 2016).
