What is WHEY GOLD PROTEIN?

Proteins constitute the structural basis of the body's musculature, so it is easy to understand that the intake of this nutrient should be up to the muscle wasting caused by exercise and the athlete's goals. But not just any type of protein will help us achieve the results we want.

NutriSport is aware of this and has developed Whey Gold Protein.

Whey Gold Protein is a source of protein ( 100% whey concentrate, Whey Protein ) of high biological value and great digestibility.

Thanks to its rapid absorption, it is ideal to take after training, achieving optimization of the recovery processes after exercise and greater nitrogen fixation at the muscular level, which translates into a greater gain in muscle mass.

In addition, it provides vitamin B6 that intervenes in the processes of assimilation of the protein and the amino acids that compose it. Among these amino acids, it is worth noting its richness in branched-chain amino acids ( BCAAs ), essential for the development of muscles due to their intervention in the mechanisms of muscle protein synthesis.

Whey Gold Protein is also rich in essential amino acids, which play a very important role in the athlete's nutrition.
