Nutrisport sequential 80 2000 gr

Combination of fast (whey concentrate) and slow (casein and calcium caseinate) absorption proteins, ideal to complete the diet of any athlete during meals between meals (mid-morning and mid-afternoon).

With 85% protein per shake and only 4% carbohydrates, Sequential 80 is the right product for those athletes who require a high protein intake but low in carbohydrates.

Sequential 80 allows you to maintain a diet rich in protein to promote muscle development and, at the same time, reduce the consumption of carbohydrates to avoid an excessive intake of calories that could cause fat gain.

Its high biological value lies in the combination of these two protein sources that provide the body with a prolonged supply of amino acids, ensuring the preservation and regeneration of muscle mass and avoiding muscle catabolism.

Sequential 80 provides 25% of the daily requirement (CDR) of Vitamin B6 per dose, which allows more than one daily intake without causing hypervitaminosis (excess vitamins in the body). V itamin B6 is a fundamental tool in the processes of protein and amino acid absorption, hence its importance in the athlete's diet.

Slow absorption proteins are those that require a much longer digestion process. They are also known as sequential proteins, nocturnal proteins or sustained assimilation proteins.

The interest of these proteins in our dieta lies in their ability to supply the metabolism with amino acids for a long time, something very necessary in those moments of fasting in which it is expected that they will be more than 3 hours without being able to eat.

Thanks to this contribution of amino acids on a regular basis, we minimize muscle catabolism that can occur in situations of metabolic stress such as prolonged fasting.

The most common moments for the consumption of this type of protein are before going to bed, in the hours before a workout or, between meals when we anticipate that we will not eat for a long time.

Sequential 80 , with 80% protein , provides a combination of fast-absorbing ( whey concentrate ) and slow-absorbing ( casein and calcium caseinate ) proteins, as well as being enriched with L-Glutamine , making it ideal for completing the diet of any athlete as a nocturnal protein intake.
