How to use:

- Sporadic supplementation: take 1 dose before and/or during exercise to prevent cramps (can be mixed with the Sport Drink bottle) and/or to reduce muscle damage in anaerobic physical efforts.

- Preparation for long distance competitions : take 1 dose every day during the 5 days prior to a long distance competition. During the competition, take between 1 and 3 doses depending on physical exhaustion and sweating (it can be mixed with the Sport Drink canister).

- Muscle relaxant: for days with a lot of physical load, take a dose before going to sleep.
