What is Energy Gel Taurine ?

Due to the importance of carbohydrate intake during physical exercise in endurance sports, energy gels are the best ally to provide a high concentration of carbohydrates in a light and practical format. Since the glycogen reserves in our body are limited, the intake of carbohydrates
of carbon during physical activity helps to meet energy demand, allowing optimization of sports performance.

TAURINE ENERGY GEL has been formulated to help improve performance and reduce
tiredness and fatigue. Provides 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, which come from a combination
of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, ideal for maximizing carbohydrate absorption and minimizing gastrointestinal problems.

It also provides BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), whose function is to contribute to the
muscle recovery and delay fatigue during prolonged exercise; and Taurine, an amino acid that improves blood flow and improves performance in resistance exercises.

In addition, TAURINE ENERGY GEL contains 50 mg of Sodium, a mineral that has a special
importance in maintaining the hydro-electrolyte balance and avoiding hyponatremia
(too low concentration of sodium in the blood); Vitamin C, for its antioxidant function; and Group B vitamins, which are involved in various processes to obtain energy.
