InfiSport HMB 90 caps

Infisport HMB is a food supplement with anti-catabolic action to help maintain and/or increase muscle mass.

According to some scientific works, these are the mechanisms of action of HMB1:

• It favors anabolic processes such as protein synthesis through the mTOR pathway or proliferation of satellite cells.

• Improves cell integrity thanks to the synthesis of cholesterol.

• Inhibits protein and cell degradation.
  

Through this mechanism of action, HMB is recommended in situations in which sports performance may be affected by a highly catabolic environment, since it can attenuate muscle catabolism produced with exercise and initiate the anabolic processes necessary for recovery.

The recommended daily dose is 3 g/day about 1-2 hours before sports practice. On days when physical activity is not performed, it can be consumed by dividing the dose into 1 g doses together with breakfast, lunch and dinner.2

Infisport HMB allows easy use of this molecule by containing 1 g of HMB in each tablet and treatment for 30 days (90 tablets). In addition, it is suitable for most athletes as it is a vegan product and does not contain gluten or lactose in its composition.

How to use:

Take 3 tablets daily (3 g HMB) with 200 ml of water 1-2 hours before starting the exercise.

Calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and talc), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
