BCAA 8:1:1 Leucine+ contains the three branched chain amino acids L-leucine (Ajinomoto Co.), L-isoleucine (Ajinomoto Co.) and L-valine (Ajinomoto Co.) in a ratio of 8:1:1 respectively. They make up about a third of muscle mass and are classified as essential amino acids, which cannot be synthesized by the body, requiring their intake through food.

During long-term sports there is an increase in the use of branched-chain amino acids by the muscle for energy, reducing their concentration in the blood during exertion. Consequently, there will be less glucose formation through the branched-chain amino acids.

Branched-chain amino acid supplementation could reduce muscle damage associated with resistance exercise by increasing glucose availability through the branched-chain amino acids and reducing substrate-depletion fatigue, which in turn leads to increased muscle damage-marking enzymes.

In strength sports, BCAAs are used in order to optimize the muscle recovery process after high-intensity efforts with a high energy component and structural damage.

BCAA 8:1:1 Leucine+ provides vitamin B6 contributing to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.

Packages containing 100 capsules of 535 mg each.

How to use:

Take 3-4 capsules or a measuring spoon at the start of training or competition (or at meals on non-training days).

To achieve maximum effect, it is advisable to continue taking it during exercise, repeating these doses every 45-60 minutes.

Take the same shot at the end of it. If the powder format is used, place the product directly in the mouth and use water or fruit juice to facilitate swallowing and improve the taste.
