InfiSport BCAA Leucine+ 200 gr

Infisport BCAA'S Leucine+ contain the three branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a pure state, which in turn belong to the so-called essential amino acids, that is, they cannot be synthesized by the human body.

For this reason we must ingest them daily with our diet. In long-term sports and also in those where specific muscles are worked with great intensity, as occurs in strength and bodybuilding sports, muscle glycogen stores decrease, and even disappear.

In these situations, the body begins to use muscle proteins, mainly Branched Chain Amino Acids , especially leucine , to convert them into energy. When this happens, the lack of these Branched Chain Amino Acids leads to an increase in what is known as central fatigue, as well as an increase in muscle recovery time and, therefore, a decrease in the athlete's performance before the next competition or event. training.

Infisport's chemically pure Branched Amino Acids are ideal to prevent injuries , to delay the onset of the aforementioned central fatigue and to shorten muscle recovery time after intense or prolonged exertion.

For all these reasons, they are widely used by professional athletes to maintain continuous training and high performance throughout the season.

Taking 3-4 capsules or a powder measure of Infisport BCAA'S Leucine+ 15-30 minutes before training or competition improves performance naturally because it delays the onset of central fatigue. If the exercise is prolonged, repeat the dose every 45-60 minutes. In the same way, another equal shot at the end of the session allows the athlete to have a faster muscle recovery, leaving him in perfect condition to face the next training or competition.

In long-term sports, such as cycling or triathlon, taking 3-4 capsules every hour during competition delays central fatigue and prevents muscle protein breakdown.

Infisport (Institute of Sports Physiology), based on its own research on thousands of athletes, has formulated the proportion of these amino acids that is most effective in delaying the onset of so-called central fatigue and at the same time obtaining rapid muscle recovery, therefore has modified the previous formulation, adapting it to the result of his own research, where the prevalence of L-leucine in the anabolic processes of muscle protein synthesis has been demonstrated.

The addition of vitamin B6 facilitates the metabolic use of the product.

Format:

200 gr pot of powder

How to use:

Take 3-4 capsules or a measuring spoon at the start of training or competition (or at meals on non-training days).

To achieve maximum effect, it is advisable to continue taking it during exercise, repeating these doses every 45-60 minutes.

Take the same shot at the end of it. If the powder format is used, place the product directly in the mouth and use water or fruit juice to facilitate swallowing and improve the taste.
