Instructions for use Take 2 tablets a day, in the morning before breakfast (2-0-0) with a large glass of water. Ingredients For 2 tablets: Magnesium (citrate): 160 mg (42.6% NRV), calcium (carbonate): 160 mg (20% NRV), ES horsetail (Equisetum arvense) 7% silicon: 20 mg, vitamin K2 (menaquinone) soy: 75 µg (100% NRV) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 5 µg (100% NRV). OTHER INGREDIENTS: anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate) and maltodextrin.
