Due to its vitamin D content, it contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus; to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels; to the maintenance of bones in normal conditions; to normal muscle function; and the process of cell division.
Due to its pantothenic acid content, it contributes to the synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Amount provided per recommended daily dose:

Pantothenic acid: 0.9 mg (15% NRV).
