HOW TO USE

Take 1 serving (1 shake) per day after training. To prepare a smoothie add 2 full measures (75 g) to 300ml of water, mix well and drink.

Due to its creatine content, it can be taken for consecutive periods of up to 12 weeks, with breaks of 3 to 4 weeks before continuing. However, it can also be taken during the entire sports season.
