GoldNutrition BCAA Powder 300 gr

Gold Nutrition BCAA Powder 300 gr combines branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) in a 4:1:1 ratio (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) with Glutamine. The combination of BCAA's with Glutamine allows obtaining a formula that enhances protein synthesis, promotes muscle recovery after exercise and prevents chronic fatigue .

BCAA's are essential amino acids that represent approximately 33% of muscle protein, being fundamental for the maintenance of lean mass.

On the other hand, Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means that our body is capable of producing it, but in stressful situations such as intense exercise, infection or surgery, sufficient quantities are not produced to cover its increased needs. . Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the muscle, representing approximately 50% of the total amino acids in the muscle.

Supplementation with BCAA's and Glutamine has been shown to be of vital importance, due to its anti-catabolic, preventive effect of central fatigue, promoter of protein synthesis and accelerated muscle recovery after exercise.
Gold Nutrition BCAA Powder 300 gr is a powder presentation, which due to its unique characteristics and its excellent flavor is the supplement of choice to take at the time of training.
