Therefore, it is a 60 g double bar (2 × 30 g per container) of the highest quality and with an ideal composition of carbohydrates, caffeine and sodium, nutrients necessary to improve the performance of both workouts as long-term competitions. In this double bar you will have 45 g of carbohydrates (actually 46.1 g), 80 mg of caffeine and an extra contribution of sodium (approx. 165 mg).
