Pro Micellar Casein is composed of a dairy protein blend with micellar casein predominant, exclusively from dairy casein proteins.

Casein is rich in essential branched-chain amino acids ( BCAAs ) and has a very high content (more than whey) of L-glutamine , the most abundant amino acid in free form in human blood.
