Aquilea Tranquility 20 Envelopes

Yarrow Tranquility Infusion is an infusion of plants traditionally used to help relax in a state of tension and temporary stress, while favoring night rest with a pleasant lemon flavor. Recommended for periods of stress, to promote tranquility. Take 1- 2 infusions a day.

Place a bag in a cup.

Pour boiling water and leave to stand for 2 to 5 minutes.

If you want to drink the infusion cold, add ice. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age.
