Lo probé en una salida a la montaña y se nota la chispa que te da
Producto efectivo, si lo usas como hay que usarlo, la carnitina no es milagrosa, es un liberador de la grasa pero la grasa si no se quema vuelve a posicionarse, por lo tanto necesitaremos un déficit calórico previo, y mejor crear una nueva masa muscular para que así se generen nuevas mitocondrias, que al fin y al cabo estas son las que se encargan de la oxidación de la grasa, si tienes esto la l-carnitina te puede ser muy beneficiosa. En cuanto a la mezcla de preentreno esta bastante bien, aun que recomendaria dos viales para los que pesen más de 80kg. El producto hace su trabajo.
