INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AMIX MICELLAR CASEIN

Take 2 scoops of micellar casein with 250-300 ml of cold water or skimmed milk. Mix for at least 30 seconds with the help of a shaker .

You can vary the amount of water or milk added to change the taste or strength of the mix, but do not exceed the recommended amount of casein.

Although you can take this supplement at any time of the day, it is recommended to do it before going to sleep or on an empty stomach.
