INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AMIX GREENDAY VEGETABLE PROTEIN

Mix 30 grams (a measuring scoop) in 250 ml of water or vegetable drink and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. As a nutritional supplement, take between main meals.
