Amix Glutamine 360 Capsules

Glutamine from AMIX NUTRITION is a 100% pharmaceutical quality glutamine. Glutamine is an amino acid considered non-essential since it is normally synthesized in the body from other amino acids. Glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the muscle, it can reach up to 60%.

It is considered a conditional amino acid due to its great importance, since the body increases its quantity in situations such as:

• prolonged stress

• intense workouts.

• injury recovery, etc.

Glutamine from AMIX NUTRITION favors cell hydration by producing water retention within the cell that enhances the development of anabolic processes.

It reduces catabolism and causes an expansion of the cell size that improves the production of force since it increases the contact surface between the fibers that when contracted push each other creating an impulse that improves the transmission of the forces generated by the muscle fibers.

Glutamine is the amino acid with the greatest capacity to generate glucose and glycogen, at the liver level, which is of great importance in recovery processes. It also stimulates the production of growth hormone (GH) and constitutes an essential sustenance to maintain the antioxidant activity of all cells in the body.

In short, glutamine is an excellent supplement that:
