Amix Carniline ALC is a supplement that combines acetyl l carnitine , taurine and vitamin B6 to help you burn fat and achieve your ideal weight.

What is acetyl l carnitine?

Acetyl L Carnitine (ALC) is a form of acetylated L Carnitine. This acetylated form of l-carnitine has a greater bioavailability, which translates into a greater capacity to metabolize fat, transporting it to the cellular mitochondria where it is used as energy. In addition, this l-carnitine helps regulate the level of triglycerides in the blood, and can promote concentration and also male fertility.

DOSE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AMIX CARNILINE ALC

Take 2 capsules with 200 ml of water ABOUT 30-45 minutes before physical activity. To achieve the greatest possible effectiveness, we recommend taking Amix Carniline ALC before doing aerobic training.

However, on days without physical activity you can also take this supplement, the most recommended time being just before breakfast.

To lose weight quickly and in a healthy way, we recommend combining Amix Carniline ALC l-carnitine with a fat burner such as Amix Lipolean. All you have to do is take two Amix Lipolean capsules before training (or at breakfast on rest days).
