226ERS 6,4 AMINO + Glutamina + BCAA + L-Arginina + L-Tirosina 120 Caps

Glutamine + BCAA + L-Arginine + L-Tyrosine capsules, formulated in a 60:40 ratio of Glutamine / BCAA 8:1:1
With the 60:40 ratio, it is intended to slightly influence the role of glutamine as a recuperator, essential for long-term activities where blood glutamine levels drop, as well as for short-term, high-intensity activities where ammonia production can be high, boosted by the anabolic capacity of BCAAs that help post-exercise protein synthesis and prevent central fatigue in tests or long-term training.

That is why the combination of both products together with Arginine and Tyrosine make this an excellent product for both strength and endurance sports.

GLUTAMINE is a non-essential amino acid but with a large presence in the body. In fact, it is the most abundant amino acid in the musculature, reaching 60% and 20% of the total set of amino acids in the human body. Its functions include cell proliferation, regulation of protein synthesis, energy production, glucogenesis, ammonium clearance or maintenance of acid-base balance. It is also considered a recoverer, as it can help reduce the levels of Creatine Kinase ( CK ) and Lactate Dehydrogenase ( LDH ) in the blood.

BCAAs are three essential amino acids, specifically Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. They are also known as branched-chain amino acids and their main functions are attributed to muscle recovery and protein synthesis, as well as reducing central fatigue in long-term events when the BCAAs themselves are oxidized for energy. The 8:1:1 ratio with an extra load of Leucine since it is the one that initiates the processes of protein synthesis

L-TYROSINE is involved in the production of amino acids that keep the brain functioning, so it has a positive impact on mental energy and performance.

L-ARGININE has a stimulating effect and dilates the vessels, thus improving the supply of nutrients to muscle cells and, therefore, performance. L-arginine also allows you to increase muscle mass and lose fat at the same time, as well as strengthen the immune system.

Format :

Bottle of 120 Capsules.

How to use:

Take 3 capsules just before exercise and 3 capsules immediately after exercise. During training, it protects muscle mass and prevents the use of muscle glycogen, delaying fatigue and increasing performance. After training, it accelerates muscle recovery.

This product is recommended for the following situations:

• Weeks of intensified training.

• Before high intensity training.

• No periods of fatigue or overload.

• Weeks of competition to guarantee complete recovery.

• Before and after strength training.

• Even during long-term workouts.

Ingredients :

L-Glutamine (Ajinomoto), L-Leucine, L-Arginine, L-Tyrosine, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide). Transparent vegetable capsule (glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
