Aqu\u00ed te presentamos unos ejercicios esenciales para perder esos kilos de m\u00e1s y no olvidar los buenos objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a explicar los ejercicios a llevar a cabo en 3 d\u00edas alternos (lunes, mi\u00e9rcoles y viernes), antes de comenzar el entrenamiento propiamente dicho, empezaremos con un calentamiento de unos 10min donde realicemos ejercicios de core, abdomen, movilidad articular, o hacer el mismo ejercicio con menos repeticiones y peso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00cdA 1: Hombros y Piernas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hombros:<\/strong> Press de hombros de pie con mancuernas \u00a03&#215;8\/1&#8242;
