β-HMB (β-hydroxymethylbutyrate) is a metabolite derived from the metabolization of one of the three branched-chain amino acids, leucine.
In muscle cells, HMB acts as a metabolic intermediary, amplifying the energy production capacity, stimulating synthesis and reducing protein catabolism.
Crown Sport Nutrition® HMB 3800 contains the science-recommended daily amount of 3 grams of HMB.
HMB is an intracellular cholesterol precursor molecule that improves the integrity of the cell membrane by reducing its disruption during exercise and helping to maximize the absorption of nutrients during and after training.
The increase in intracellular levels of β-HMB has been related to improvements in muscle recovery, reconstruction and growth processes.
Crown Sport Nutrition® HMB 3800 is indicated for athletes with high intensity efforts, both strength athletes and endurance athletes.
It is highly recommended for:

120 capsules / 30 doses of 4 capsules
To promote adaptations to training, optimize recovery and reduce catabolism induced by intense and prolonged training, take 3 capsules (60kg people) or 4 capsules (80kg people) of HMB. All 4 capsules should be taken one hour before training.
On the days that you do not train, its consumption can be divided into four divided doses during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Supplementation should be extended for a minimum of 2-3 weeks in the untrained and up to 6 weeks in the highly trained to see benefits.
It can be consumed with water, juice or sports drink.
Anhydrous calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate (950 mg/capsule), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), calcium phosphate (acidity regulator), anhydrous silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent). Capsule ingredients: bovine gelatin, titanium dioxide (dye). May contain traces of crustaceans, fish, soy milk and/or derivatives thereof.
